Bibas Shrestha is a Hatha Yoga practitioner and Traditional Sound Healer from Gorkha.
He trained at Sambhodi Yoga School under Vijay Sapkota and learned Tantra Yoga at Shanti Yoga Ashram with Guru Yogi Prakash Dhungana.

In Gorkha, he practiced traditional Hatha Yoga at Gorakshyadham Ashram, following the Nath sect.
As part of the Ashram family, he performs Tantra rituals across Nepal in the path of Guru Gorakhnath.
His spiritual and sound journey has been guided by Maharaj Ishwar Nath Yogi, Pujari of Gorakhnath Temple.

Bibas trained in Kundalini singing bowl therapy under Umesh Sahi.
He also studies traditional instruments like Murchunga from Ram Prasad Kadel and Damaru from Rajesh Dangol.

Born in the Newar tribe rich in culture and music, his clan worships Nasha Dhya (God of music and dance) as Ishta Dev.
He grew up learning traditional music and instruments, discovering their spiritual energy and ability to induce trance.

He loves exploring sacred instruments, rituals, and their deeper meaning.
